Bay RV Stay Park is located within the San Mateo County Event Center – we are just off the Highway 101 and 92.

The Manager’s Office operates daily from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, providing assistance with:

  • Reservations and booking changes
  • Payment processing
  • General inquiries and guest support

Guests must notify the office in advance to arrange for after-hours arrivals.

Unauthorized arrivals outside of office hours are not permitted for security and operational reasons.

Weekly Rates include $20 Off Cumulative Daily Rate for at least 7 consecutive days booked.

21 Consecutive Days Max Stay. Cannot renew until off property for 7 days. No attempts to rebook within the 7 days.

50 Sites available. 32 sites are 25’x60’. Both sides of slides can be pulled out. Water, Sewage, Power, Grass and Picnic table included. Back-In Only. Tow Vehicle included.

Yes. 

  • Maximum 2 pets per site.
  • Pets must be leashed outdoors (6-foot maximum).
  • Owners are responsible for immediate cleanup of waste.
  • Aggressive or excessively noisy pets may be removed.
  • All proof of vaccination is required

Core Amenities

  • Full Hookups at 44 Spaces (water, power & sewer) 
  • Wi-Fi: Standard access is included.
  • Restrooms & Showers: Two restrooms with shower. Showers are cleaned daily.
  • Picnic Tables: Each site includes a picnic table for outdoor dining or socializing.

Recreational Amenities

  • Pet Park: Fenced, safe area for pets to exercise off-leash.
  • 2 Pickleball Courts: Open for guest use and recreational enjoyment.

Guest Services

  • Camp Store: Open daily 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, offering snacks, beverages and toiletries.
  • Manager’s Office: Central hub for lost and found, check-in/out guest support, and informational resources.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Regular Mail and Small Packages accepted.
  • Wood and charcoal are strictly prohibited.
  • Propane tanks may be used but must be secured after use either inside the RV or at the rear of the site in a crate.
